• 2 oz. Big Nose Kate™ Whiskey
• 5-6 blackberries
• 1 sage leaf
• ¾ oz. lime juice
• 3 oz. Ginger Beer
Instructions
1. Add berries, sage, lime juice to mixer and muddle.
2. Add large scoop crushed ice
3. Add Big Nose Kate™ Whiskey
4. Shake
5. Strain into rocks glass
6. Top with Ginger Beer
Gold Rush
• 2 oz. Big Nose Kate™ Whiskey
• ¾ oz. honey (slightly warmed for easier mixing)
• ¾ oz. lime juice
Instructions
1. Add small scoop ice to shaker
2. Add Big Nose Kate™ Whiskey, honey and lime juice
3. Quick shake – 5 seconds
4. Place large ice cube in rocks glass
5. Strain over ice

• 2 oz. Big Nose Kate™ Whiskey
• 1 oz. grapefruit juice
• ½ oz. lime juice
• ½ oz. agave syrup
• 3-4 oz. grapefruit soda
Instructions
1. Add large scoop of ice to drinking glass (10 oz recommended)
2. Pour in Big Nose Kate™ Whiskey, grapefruit juice, lime juice and agave syrup
3. Stir for 15 seconds
4. Top with grapefruit soda

• 1 ½ oz. Big Nose Kate™ Whiskey
• ½ oz. ginger beer
• ½ oz. lime juice
• 3 dashes orange bitters

1. Fill shaker with ice cubes
2. Add Big Nose Kate™ Whiskey, ginger beer, lime juice and bitters

4. Fill rocks glass with ice
5. Pour over ice

• 1 ½ oz. Big Nose Kate™ Whiskey
• ¾ oz. Sweet Vermouth
• 3-4 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 tsp. cherry juice
• 1 cherry
Instructions
1. Add 3-4 large ice cubes to mixing glass
2. Add Big Nose Kate™ Whiskey, vermouth, bitters, and cherry juice
3. Stir for 15 seconds
4. Add large cube to rocks glass
5. Strain mixture into glass
6. Garnish with cherry

• 1 oz. lemon juice
• ½ oz. simple syrup
• 4 grates of Lemon zest (approximately 1 tsp.)
• 1 oz. sweet red wine
Instructions
1. Add small scoop of ice into shaker
2. Add in Big Nose Kate™ Whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup and 4 grates of lemon zest
3. Shake
4. Add large cube to rocks glass
5. Strain mixture over cube
6. Add sweet wine on top
